Darcy Ogrodnick

is the Chief Financial Officer of the Fund and Vice-President, Finance with the Manager. Mr. Ogrodnick has almost 20 years of management experience with various reporting issuers. Prior to joining the Manager in 2013, he provided financial management and reporting services as a consulting Chief Financial Officer for a number of small public companies since 2008. From 2006 to 2008, Mr. Ogrodnick was the Corporate Accounting Manager for North American Energy Partners Inc., where he was a member of the management team responsible for the completion of the company’s initial public offering on the New York Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange. From 2004 to 2005, he was Tax Manager for The Brick Group Income Fund. Prior to 2004, Mr. Ogrodnick worked for both international and Saskatchewan-based public accounting firms serving clients in various industries. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA) in Saskatchewan, and holds Bachelor of Commerce (B.Comm.) and Master of Professional Accounting (MPAcc.) degrees from the University of Saskatchewan. Mr. Ogrodnick has also served as a board member for a number of private Canadian companies in the building supply services, infrastructure and real estate industries.
